In twilight's grasp, they wait...
life's vibrant song now hushed...
A dance of memories...
Now in contrast with sheer helplessness...
Independence lost...
Totally crushed...
In frailty's shadow and the callous grip of age...
A longing heart, forever true...
With a silent plea...
Yearning to rush into oblivion
